Dawn Covington our Early Childhood Instructional Coach brings 25 ½ years of teaching and coaching experience from Mississippi to Louisiana. Holding a bachelor’s and master’s degree from The University of Southern Mississippi, Dawn is passionate about fostering every child's growth academically, emotionally, physically, and socially while supporting teachers in early childhood instruction. Dawn finds fulfillment in helping form a solid foundation in early childhood education. In her free time, she indulges in her artistic side, painting, arranging flowers, shopping, and spending time with her family. She and her husband Brent are parents to 4 wonderful children and have been enjoying their latest role as grandparents to their first grandchild.
